Of course, blues skies and lots of sunshine are part of the appeal of Gascony, but today winter arrived and our first proper frost. The landscape looked stunning, the frost clinging to the trees and also highlighting some of the tiny details in our garden here at Le Petit Cochon. By lunchtime, the temperature had risen from -5 to +10 – a beautiful sunny day. The Gers seems to offer a wonderful landscape at any time of year.
